• Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
• You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

2. Shipping Time:

• Standard shipping usually takes 5-7 business days within India, depending on your location.
• For remote areas or locations with limited courier services, delivery might take a bit longer.
• Please note, international shipping times may vary depending on the destination.

3. Shipping Charges:

• We offer free shipping on all orders above ₹399 within India.
• For orders below the free shipping threshold, a standard shipping fee will apply, which will be displayed at checkout.
• International shipping fees will be calculated based on the destination and weight of the order.

4. Delivery Locations:

• We currently offer shipping across India and select international locations. For international orders, please check if we deliver to your country at checkout.

5. Tracking Your Order:

• Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package.
• Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to be updated in the courier system.

6. Shipping Delays:

• While we strive to deliver your order within the expected timeframe, there may be occasional delays due to unforeseen circumstances like bad weather, holidays, or other issues out of our control.
• In case of a delay, we will notify you via email and do our best to resolve the issue.

Return & Exchange Policy

ADDITIONAL CHARGES

• ₹100 return charge will apply for all returns.
• ₹100 exchange charge will apply for all exchanges.

Important: If you use a COUPON CODE, no returns will be accepted.

EXCHANGES

At WesternLove, we are committed to designing and manufacturing products of the highest quality and best fit. If the product doesn’t fit your size, we offer a hassle-free exchange process.

• Eligibility:
• Initiate an exchange request within 5 days of delivery through our website using your order number.
• The product must be in resalable condition, unused, unwashed, unworn, and returned with original tags and packaging.
• Note: Items purchased from clearance sales are not eligible for refund or exchange.
• Exchange Steps:

1. Submit an exchange/return request through our website: RAISE RETURN REQUEST.
2. Reverse pickup will be initiated within 3 to 4 Days
3. Handover the package to the pickup agent with tags intact. Returns with improper tags or products not in resalable condition will be rejected.
4. Upon pickup, you’ll receive a COUPON CODE (value excludes COD handling charges) within 24 hours via email.
5. Use the COUPON CODE to place a fresh order for a replacement or another product from our website.
6. For exchanges, once pickup is complete, your new order will be created and shipped within 48 hours. Updates will be shared via email and WhatsApp.

REFUNDS

• All refunds are issued as a COUPON CODE for future purchases.
• No refunds will be processed to bank accounts.
• The coupon code will be valid for the outfit's value (excluding COD handling charges).
• Note: If a COUPON CODE is used, the item is not eligible for return.

If your PIN code is unserviceable for reverse pickup, you’ll need to self-ship the product to us:
